WINNERS
Fashion Icon Award:
Beyoncé Knowles
Pantsuit and hat by Givenchy Couture with $9 million of Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.
Womenswear Designer of the Year:
Marc Jacobs
Marc Jacobs won designer of the year with his Fall 2016 collection. I was impressed to hear about it because I thought that after all the scandals the past year, that was going to affect his label. But I guess this is not about Jacobs' life , it is about his designs. Congrats!
Menswear Designer of the Year:
Thom Browne
Thom Browne always wearing his famous and elegant bermuda shorts. I adore his designs and his Fall 2015 was avant-garde and elegant at the same time. Very cool with raw edges and different treatments with the classic suit fabrics.
