The Best Dressed Celebs At The AMAs 2016

I watched the entire show last night and I was so excited to see so many people wearing decent beautiful looks. Sometimes it is hard to choose the best-dressed celebrities of this kind of galas because sometimes they're so many people wearing terrible looks at the same time or a lot of them with gorgeous gowns. This time I have my top 5 and I wanna explain why these designs were so successful on the red carpet at the American Music Awards.

Vi todo el espectáculo ayer por la noche y estaba tan emocionada de ver tanta gente luciendo looks decentes y aceptables para la alfombra roja. A veces es difícil elegir a las celebridades mejor vestidas de este tipo de galas porque hay tanta gente que lleva looks terribles al mismo tiempo o a veces muchas de ellas con magníficos vestidos. Esta vez tengo mi top #5 y quiero explicar por qué estos diseños fueron tan exitosos en la alfombra roja en los American Music Awards.

Gigi Hadid

Let's start with the host of this event, Gigi Hadid. The supermodel wore different looks during the gala and without a doubt, this one was my favorite. The host walked the red carpet in a white lace off-the-shoulder Roberto Cavalli gown. Her hairstyle was the cherry on the top of the ice cream. She looked gorgeous like a porcelain doll.

Selena Gomez

She was the star of the show. Everybody saw another side of Selena Gomez and another side of all the celebrities, the sensible side. Selena Gomez wore a Prada red gown and Cartier earrings. It is amazing how a color could impact and change the perspective of a dress. If we analyze the design of this gown, you would notice that it is just a simple red A-line dress.

Hailee Steinfeld

The Edge of Seventeen star wore a sexy green Elie Saab jumpsuit with a deep V neckline. This look was very successful because the color suits her well and the design is playful and sexy. I didn't like her lipstick color, but I really like the jumpsuit. Elie Saab designs perfect looks for the red carpet.

Lady Gaga

Some of you know that I love Lady Gaga and no matter what she wears, I always love her. This time she looked impeccable. Lady Gaga wore white from head to toe. Brandon Maxwell created this clean look for Gaga and everybody admired how classy and stunning she looked last night. It is basically just a white suit with wide-leg pants, white blazer and a satin top that matched the ribbon on her hat perfectly.

Ciara

I love the top part because of its simplicity and the bottom part is just WOW. A nice balance for a Stephane Rolland dress!. The bottom part is very poufy and strange when you see a closeup photo of the dress, but the turtleneck top saves this gown and makes it very pretty. Ciara looked beautiful with her baby bump.
