If you have an idea or project about how to protect or rebalance our planet, consider submitting your solutions to the Generation Restoration’s Youth Challenge.
This Challenge is a global call for impactful and inspiring solutions by ecopreneurs and young change-makers to conserve and restore ecosystems. In alignment with the UN Decade, the Challenge covers conservation and restoration of all types of intact and degraded terrestrial and coastal ecosystems, including forests, grasslands, peat, etc and it's supported by 1T, UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration, Salesforce, and The World Economic Forum.
Generation Restoration’s Youth Challenge is giving young people a chance to promote the ideas they have for protecting our earth. This challenge was co-designed by a group of hub members which included me and my brand (Lina Mayorga) and is seeking impactful and inspiring solutions to some of the world’s greatest environmental challenges.
Submissions will be accepted for ideas that target one of 5 areas:
1) Environmental impact.
2) Socio-economic impact.
3) Youth leadership/impact.
4) Inspirational impact.
5) Operating model and potential for scale.
Selected submissions will be invited to a 4-month cohort programme facilitated by 1t.org to help scale and advance their impact. This is an incredible opportunity to make a real impact on the future and access resources that can be difficult to find. There is hope for a cleaner, healthier future and we are excited to see these dreams become reality.
